By creating an account or using SPX-Flow, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Use of the service

SPX-Flow provides analytical visualizations of options market data plus AI-generated trade theses. The service is for individual use. You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape the data without written permission.

No investment advice

SPX-Flow is an analytical tool, not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on this site or in the dashboard constitutes investment advice. See our full Disclaimer.

Beta service

During open beta, the service is provided free of charge. Features may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue beta access at any time. Paid pricing will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation

Once paid pricing is live, you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability

SPX-Flow is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, downtime, or any consequential damages arising from use of the service.
